Event Childcare
We want every guest to celebrate with peace of mind, including those with little ones in tow. We have arranged professional on-site childcare, who will be stationed in a dedicated conference room at the Courtyard Marriott Pittsburgh University Center for the duration of our ceremony and reception. Their team of certified, experienced caregivers will keep children engaged, entertained, and well-supervised so that parents can be fully present throughout the evening.
Who provides the childcare?
Childcare is provided by Babysitting Logistics, a professional event childcare company. All caregivers are background-checked, CPR and first aid certified, and have a minimum of 2–3 years of childcare experience.
Where will childcare take place?
Children will be cared for in a dedicated conference room at the Courtyard Marriott Pittsburgh University Center.
What ages are welcome?
Babysitting Logistics is equipped to care for children of all ages, including infants. Staffing ratios are maintained at 4:1 for children over one year of age and 2:1 for infants, ensuring attentive, individualized care for every child.
What activities will be available?
The Babysitting Logistics team will bring all equipment and supplies — no need to pack anything. Activities are age-appropriate and may include a ball pit, jumbo games, crafts, and soft play. The space is designed to be engaging, safe, and fun for children throughout the evening.
Does my child have any allergies or special needs I should disclose?
Yes, please. Babysitting Logistics is trained to support children with medical conditions, developmental diagnoses, and allergies. When you register, you will have the opportunity to share any relevant information so that caregivers can provide appropriate, individualized care.
Will there be photos or video taken of my child?
Babysitting Logistics may take photographs or record footage during the event for promotional or social media purposes. This is entirely optional — a photo release form will be provided for parents to sign at the time of registration.
How do I reserve a spot for my child?
To secure your child's place, please indicate your interest on your RSVP and complete the deposit payment via the link provided. The RSVP deadline for childcare is [DATE — coming soon]. Full payment is due by [PAYMENT DEADLINE - coming soon].

What does childcare cost?
We are pleased to cover a portion of the childcare fee. The remaining contribution per family is:
1 child: $125;
2 children: $225;
3 children: $300
Is there a deposit?
Yes! Making the required $50 deposit, incremental, and final payments, is easy. Please use the Venmo handle @Rachel-Stewart-12 to submit any payments. Receipts will be provided. Deposits are due at the time of RSVPs. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
